He was able to think, act, move, and perceive in seconds or less, far faster than any normal human being could ever perceive. As such, he could perceive the world as moving in slow motion, especially when he was moving at super speed, while all others could see him as a vibrating blur of motion. His power caused him to generate an aura of blue, white, and transparent energy currents and mist-like shapes, much like fire or wind, leaving behind a trail of it as he ran.

WHAT IS YOUR CHARACTER'S SOCIOECONOMIC BACKGROUND? WHAT IS THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO WEALTH?:
He was orphaned by the Sokovian war and trapped in the wreckage of his childhood home for days with his sister staring at a missile in front of them that had yet to explode. This trauma orphaned him and his sister, and their time at the orphanage eventually led to participating in illegal experimentation by Hydra, being recruited by a Doctor on their team at the Sokovian riots while participating. As the children of a meager means in a war-ravaged nation, it's safe to say that Pietro has never been well versed in the benefits of wealth, but he is aware of the things that wealth can provide and what excess gluttony can do to those in the destructive wake of it. He likes nice things, but he doesn't need them.
WHAT WOULD/DID YOUR CHARACTER MAJOR IN?:
Political Science if he'd gone to college, with an athletic scholarship to pave his way.
WHAT IS THE MOST INTERESTING THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR CHARACTER?:
God, this list is a mile long. Having his house hit with mortars as a child, getting orphaned, being involved in the political unrest, and then tricked and tested on by Hydra. He lived a very eventful life, but the most interesting thing would likely be finding he was wrong about Stark and the Avengers. Wrong and just a little bit right, all things considered. Since, y'know, Ultron.
